Our Solar Oven Project
Solar Ovens To The Rescue
As part of our energy and heat curriculum, the Explorers will be researching, building, and demonstrating solar ovens. This becomes a Service-Learning project as we raise funds to send ovens to African refugee camps. We will do most of the work in class and give presentations at several events in Berkshire County. Working together, we can learn in new ways, help others, help our environment and have fun with the sun!
